Canadian Rangers from the community of Gjoa Haven pulling Arctic Char in a fishing net through the ice using under ice fishing techniques during a Type 1 Patrol where they lived on the land for a week. The camp was set up approximately a two-hour snowmobile ride away from the community, which is located on King William Island.
